Our School Anthem

SCHOOL ANTHEM

Louisville School in Ijebu Land,

Citadel of learning for girls,

From different states, beliefs and tongues

To share sisterly loe.

With good morals, sound discipline

Through all-round wholesome education

We will always stand on truth and love,

Nigeria’s future hope.

Through ups and downs, we’ll not gie up;

For we have our goals to attain.

Louisville girls will on day make true,

Our motherloand’s glorious dream

Eternal God, Son and Spirit,
In You we place our hope and trust.
All those You sent to build us up
Shall not be put to shame
Your glory and Your name oh Lord,
In Louisville Girls High shall be upheld
We will always stand on truth and love
Nigeria’s future hope.

IT WAS FIRST SUNG IN THE YEAR 2000

THEME FOR THE TERM
